  ALL NUTS, BOLTS, WASHERS ARE STAINLESS STEEL, TOUGH 70 DURO NEOPRENE

  GASKETS AND MILITARY GRADE ( Mil-I-24768/14, LP 509, & MIL P 15035, Type FBG)

  Phenolic RESIN CASING. Preferred by muscle car builders for engine intake, exhaust manifolds

 and carburetor gaskets. It is very heat tolerant and almost indestructible.

 ALL OTHER MATERIALS HYDROXY MANUFACTURERS USE SOFTENS WITH HEAT AND THE

GENERATORS DEVELOPED LEAKS. PHENOLIC, EXPENSIVE BUT IT SOLVED THE PROBLEM. .

     1- Harold's HHO Hydrogen Generator (Model Selected in order)

     15' of Gas/Electrolyte 3/8" Tubing (your choice of Blue, Black or Clear.

   Electrical leads are welded to the plates to insure against loose connections

   Electrical leads are installed on wiring from electrode to relay.

     1- 85 amp continuous solenoid relay Plus 10' Black 10' red wire & connectors.

      6 month manufacturers defect warranty.

    Laser Cut Stainless Steel Plates pretreated for maximum HHO production for years of service.

     10 Replacement Gaskets. Occasionally you will need to replace the gasket as you remove it

    Rubber grommet for easy installation of HHO gas line into intake manifold. Includes 3/8 to 1/4 reducer.

    Final bubbler/scrubber has the cap drilled to uses a thin plastic sheet as a seal/Blowout.

    In the event of a flashback it will simply pop the cap gasket and not destroy your mile max system.

    All Harold's HHO systems are designed to eliminate destructive flashback's by reducing the amount of HHO

   accessible if a Flashback does occur. In the event one does occur the only damage is to the blowout gasket

   We use quality laser cut stainless steel plates ( electrodes ) in all Cell.

    All nuts, bolts, washers, all thread rods are Stainless Steel. NOT ZINC COATED STEEL.

   All plates ( electrodes ) are hand cross hatched, sanded with 60 Grit Wet/Dry sand paper.

   Our plates are sent to a plating company for pacification. A special cleansing and conditioning process
   to cleanse the metal pores and enhances production also increases life of the cell.

   All plates ( electrodes ) are then treated with Citric Acid to further clean and enhance the HHO production.

   The plates ( electrodes ) are handled by all employees wearing special chemical resistant rubber gloves.

   All electrical connections and welded to eliminate any possibility of heat buildup.
   All cells are specially pacificated for maximum HHO production and long life. Expensive but effective.


   All cells are magnetically aligned and installed in that manner. Time consuming but well worth the effort.


   All cells are assembled and bench tested, for minimum of 6 hours, then sealed prior to shipping

   All cells are shipped assembled, tested and sealed. unless buying the parts kit.
   A pictorial/written installation manual is included with every system. Install video coming soon.

   All Cells are standard with Phenolic end caps, not PVC or CPVC, Lexan or any other plastic.

   All Dry and open bath cells that we assemble have all stainless steel bolts, nuts, washers.

   We have found that all plastics regardless of the type, including lexan, soften and sometimes melt at
   temperatures over 160 degrees. This allows the cell to leak and lose efficiency. Military grade Phenolic, that
   we now use, can handle temperatures of 300 degrees +-

How much HYDROXY gas do you need?
Approximately 0.5LPM hydroxy gas for every 1L in engine size or less depending on application.

Add additional 6 plate stacks which add 0.75L per minute and 1' thickness
